1. Non Account Customers - Strictly payment with order or on collection of goods.

2. Account Customers - Strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.

3. All equipment (printers, presses, plotters) are sold strictly as payment in advance to both account and non-account customers.

4. Credit Accounts will be automatically be placed on hold where invoices are overdue for payment or credit limit is exceeded.

5. Returned or represented cheques will be charged at €23.00 per representation.

6. All goods are subject to availability.

7. No returns are accepted over 1 month from date of dispatch, or if items are printed or processed in any way.

8. Any shortages or non-delivery must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt.

9. Ownership of all goods remain the property of TheMagicTouch (GB) Ltd until all invoices are paid in full.

10. Cheques for orders will have to be cleared before goods are released. If your order is urgent there will be an additional charge of €17.00 to obtain special clearance on your cheque.

11. Prices do not include carriage, which will be charged where goods are not collected.

12. Prices do not include VAT, which will be charged at the standard rate where applicable.

13. Prices for cases/dozens are per size.

14. Perfect returns must be authorised by our returns department and with a confirmed returns reference code. We are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect garments. All perfect returns will be subject to a 10% handling charge.

15. Delivery Charges - Coated Ceramic Mugs and Mug Boxes

    €12.50 per case (36) or box (100)
    Minimum charge: €25.00

16. All redelivery charges as a result of non-attendance are chargeable.

17. In the event of a dispute which cannot be resolved without recourse to law, the appropriate jurisdiction will be that of England & Wales.

18. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to our credit terms. Interest of 3% above Barclays Bank base rate and third party collection costs are payable on defaulting accounts.
